We had the absolute worst night at craft on Saturday night. We rented a limo for my husbands surprise birthday party and we decided to drive down to Vancouver and go to craft. First of all they wouldn’t let me make a reservation but I was assured there would be plenty of room. We waited an hour and a half to get a table. By the time we sat down we all ordered our first drink. My husband was then bought a birthday shot from a friend and the shot glass came broken. I told the waitress and she said she would replace it immediately. The manager then came over and apologized and said a new one would be coming. Our food order was then taken. When our waitress did bring the shot she then told me that we are all cut off and couldn’t order anymore drinks. Conveniently right after we were trapped there because they took our order knowing we couldn’t drink anymore. I confronted the manager who told me one of the members in the party brought in a open corona from the casino next door. Instead of cutting off the person who Made the mistake all of us could no longer enjoy our night because it was the ‘’law’’ . My husband was so disappointed and humiliated for inviting his friends to craft. The manager was so unprofessional, rude and condescending. I truly have never been so disgusted in a restaurant and have never seen anything like it. He defiantly should not be in a manger position whatsoever. All 10 of us will never go back and will never recommend craft to anyone. So disappointing and completely ruined our night out. Thanks craft

Beer selection is incredible, staffs are really nice and willing to discuss the selections. 2 sets of tasters available, one local one European. Food like what others said, is a bit pricey. I ordered the appetizers and it’s okay-ish. The burgers others are having seemed like the best choice. But I wouldn’t mind so much since beer is my main focus here.

This is one of the best venues in the city if a vast beer selection is what you are seeking from imports to local craft. The food menu is somewhat limited in scope but all items I have tried are tasty. Their weekend only fried chicken and waffles is a standout.

DEPLORABLE, rude customer service, this past Wednesday night. Myself and three of my long-time friends (who I haven’t seen in years!) decided to go to Craft to catch up. I was very excited and happy, my usual high energy self, and was for the first time EVER in my life, I was told by a server who was HALF MY AGE that I appeared intoxicated to him and he wasn’t going to serve me. I absolutely was not intoxicated, and found his comment to be incredibly humiliating, jugdmental and disrespectful.
All four of us were appalled. One of my friends asked for the manager, and he had a conversation with him. The manager was dismissive, apathetic and confirmed that he “stood by his servers decision”
Then five minutes later, the manager brought us all drinks.
We will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!
You’ve lost four customers/neighbors.
I’ll continue to go to Tap & Barrel where it’s always a good time. Everybody that works there is welcoming, amazing, and appreciate my excited, high-energy personality!

Probably Vancouver's or even Western Canada's best selection of craft beers on tap. I think it's still about 100. Amazing. Appies were average to above average. Service was excellent the night I went at a private party. The servers had a good knowledge of what they were serving.
