Where do I start?!?!
I called Earls to order a meal for my brother who is in the Cancer ward At Vancouver General Hospital. As a lot you probably know, the food in the hospital isn’t great. He said he would love to taste a burger right about now. I called in and spoke to Taylor, one of the managers and ordered my food through him. We exchanged the how too’s too pay and everything went very smoothly. I thought I was done and my brother was going to get a meal that would enjoy but no. I received a call back from Taylor about fifteen minutes later and he proceeded to tell me that Earls would love to cover this and deliver it to him! I absolutely lost it and started crying and it’s not easy to make me emotional but Earls did it. It’s not the money, it’s about my brother! This “little” thing to them is absolutely massive to me and my brother. It just goes to show the little things mean something even if you think it’s minor, it is huge to the others affected.
Earls on West Broadway you are an absolutely classy and amazing people!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!

Been here a few times and never had a problem. The happy hour menu here is always a good. The staff have always nice and friendly. They have a bar and restaurant seating area. Bar has sports on and a nice large decking area.

I don't usually like leaving reviews, but I'm going to. I had brunch here, yesterday (Sept 23rd, 2018) and I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea, food was delicious, and drinks were great, but the service was very strange. I sat at the bar, and it was busy, so the bartender was busy, but it took a very long time to get service. I ordered brunch and a Cesar and a coffee. The manager went and made my coffee and brought it to me after a while and then brought me my Cesar, then a cook brought me my food . Then while sitting at the bar I wasn't spoken to at all until I asked for my bill. And I was sitting there thinking "who do I tip" even though I didn't feel like tipping.
Anyway food was great, my one drink was good,.and service sucked big time! I'm a long time Earl's patron and have nothing but good things to say, but this was a stinker! Still wondering who got my tip, because I hope the young man cooking my meal got it, because he was prompt, professional, and friendly.
