Fantastic food with a great atmosphere for a very reasonable price. The portions are a good size, and the service was friendly and helpful.
The macaroni and cheese is delicious, and the potato soup is unlike anything I've ever had. It's not brothy, like normal soups -- it's closer to mashed potatoes, and is full of caramelized onions, cheese, and various herbs (largely tarragon, I think?)

It's a warm cozy pub, buy very loud. I was able to get a pint of Smithwicks here, which is pretty hard to find on tap in most places. The food was alright, with a lot of Irish classic items. We were here on a Friday night where they have live music, and that was also very good, but again it is pretty loud there. Hard to talk to your friends if you are not in a cozy nook.

I live very close to this pub and have been very excited to go for quite some time. Today around 6:00pm my dad, boyfriend and I walked in and stood at the door for a few minutes. Without being greeted or seated I said "excuse me, are we able to seat ourselves".. one of the servers answered yes so, we went and took a seat by the window. All the tables were dirty so we just pushed the plates to the side hoping our server would take them away, no biggie. We sat there and waited, and waited, and waited. People around us were being seated and one table was sat and brought beers yet, we hadn't even been greeted yet. We waited about 15 minutes and were never greeted and the dirty plates weren't cleared in front of us. I'm super disappointed as the servers clearly saw us sitting there but, didn't acknowledge us. After waiting 15 minutes, we decided to get up and leave because we felt disrespected at this point. I could understand if it was super busy but, it was a Monday evening and wasn't very busy at all.. majority of the tables around us were empty. We LOVE pubs and I was really looking forward to spending time in this little cute old pub this Spring and Summer but, I am very upset but the lack of service we received. Unfortunately, we won't be returning after this experience.

Love this pub. All the food has been fantastic, great beers on tap, and trivia night was a blast. My favourite menu item is the BBQ barnyard burger for sure (lamb burger with bacon and goat cheese...amazing). The pulled pork poutine is awesome and the portion is enormous. I even left my hat there once and when I returned a month or so later they returned it to me.

A cozy, yet large space that has delicious food and warm servers! My husband and I enjoyed their Wednesday night Burger & Beer for $14.50. Excellent burger and fries, and highly recommend the lava cake for dessert.
