Yummy food, lots of happy hour specials to pick from. Wait staff was all super nice! They even have an entire vegan section in their menu! I'm not vegan but I appreciate the inclusivity. The vegan ranch actually tastes really good!!

I’m currently writing this review while in the restaurant. I came with a group and I got the Cajun salmon with yam fries and I really enjoyed it. Two of my friends complained that their food was salty that is why they are getting 4 stars. The staff was really nice and the birthday girl got a complimentary drink and cake. Altogether the restaurant has a really nice vibe.

Had a really good experience here overall. I came here Friday night in order to grab some drinks during their happy hour, which ran from 9pm to closing - big fan of that offer!
Unsurprisingly, it was busy and was told to expect a 30 minute wait, but they can text you to let you know when your table is available, so you could potentially kill time elsewhere.
With that said, we were seated within about 10 minutes, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant itself is very nice - comfortable, modern look with very high ceilings. Our waitress was very prompt, friendly, and informative, as well.
I just had drinks, but the food options were varied and looked quite appetizing. This is one of their "test kitchen" locations, so you'll find some food items here not available at other Earl's. My go-to was their Old Fashioned, which was delicious with the root beer bitters and $2.00 off for the happy hour.
I'd gladly come back here - definitely recommended for group outings.

The people here are absolutely amazing. We came in as a group who had pre-ordered, and the second we sat down, service began. There was a girl in our group who had severe allergies, and they did everything in their power to make sure she had something to eat. To add to that, the food was outstanding! Great clam chowder, great burger! All around great reviews from all of the group. Outstandingly done to you at Earl's Test Kitchen!

The Chef in Stead
I do realize this is called a TEST kitchen. However, the price are real, not a test...
With that in mind I feel I can share my constructive criticism.
I tried the Thai Lobster Salad.
Good dressing, Thai flavors for sure. Big enough, no question. The sausage has to go and be replaced by something Thai or nothing at all... really doesn't fit. The fried onion got soggy very quickly and this salad was screaming a crunch to add a fun dimension ie) peanuts or fried noodles on top.
As for the look I really hope it will be revised before making it to the so called menu as it looked like a staff meal. I get that cooks get to play upstairs to come up with new exciting dishes to keep regular clients interested but please even as a test kitchen make sure any dishes attempt are at least 95% ready to be in public cause you do charge $25 in the end.
Hope this helps.
