Food: I had the Beyond Burger. It was a little plain for $18 consisting of salty fries, a plain bun, lettuce, tomato and a pickle. The fries stayed crispy throughout the entire Raptors game. This is more of a $10-12 plate. I found that most item on the menu were in the 15-20 price range.
Ambiance: It's a very large open place and you can sit outside on the balcony which overlooks the Quay and Fraser River. It is conveniently located right at the New Westminster Sky Train station. Washrooms were clean. I would suggest that more TVs get places around the periphery because people who aren't facing the central bar area can't watch the TV.
Service: It got sparser as the night went on. When it was time for the bill, I had to flag down the server twice. Otherwise, it was average. They gave standard service, nothing more.

Only been here twice. Location is great, right at the Skytrain station. Views aren't that great with New West's industry below, but the patio has potential. Inside is well decorated and the menu is decent but the drink choices were more appealing.

Really like this place. Good food and service. Love that is right off the New Westminster SkyTrain station. Prices I'd say for the most part are decent to a little bit on the higher side. I like the budget drinks. The hub peach yea is yummy. Only thing I'd say is their beer on tap is not cold enough.

Love the venue. The service is fine, drinks are fine, food is fine depending on what you order. I do end up here often due to the convenient location.
Update- if you're about to order the salmon meal, be prepared to receive 2 oz MAX of salmon. Me and my partner both ordered the salmon dish and were so disappointed, we complained. The waitress said "yeah we get that comment a lot" and that was it .
Set your expectations fairly low and you won't be disappointed

The waitress we had we absolutely incompetent. Not only was she unable to listen to our order correctly, she was rude and slow. There was barely anyone in the restaurant and the hostess was covering and doing most of this waitress’ job. After informing her of both my Mother’s and my allergies (corn and gluten), I ordered a gluten-free pizza and my Mother ordered a Salad. She provided us a regular gluten pizza and a salad with corn. After tasting the pizza, I questioned if it was gluten-free and asked the waitress if it was gluten-free, she accused me of not ordering correctly. I have multiple people in our party who can vouch for me requesting a gluten-free pizza. I requested her to exchange my gluten pizza to my original order a gluten-free pizza. However when it came I already felt sick and requested the pizza to go. She avoided our table and no longer provided us service. When the hostess came with the bill I requested the pizza to be taken off the bill since it was the waitress’s mistake, she did not apologized, avoided to provide us service and I will be mostly likely not be able to eat it. After when leaving the waitress came up to us to take away the gluten-free pizza that I requested to go and walked away. This is unacceptable customer service. I understand that this was one waitress, however we will not be going back to this establishment.
