Great ambiance and the food was spectacular!!! Ordered the coast tower, the seafood was just amazing. I can taste the freshness the moment it melted in my mouth. Service was great too. The only hiccup was that I was having trouble finding the trash can in the washroom. Otherwise it would’ve been. 5 stars. I wanted to give Coast 4.5 but google only allow 4 or 5. And I’m not entirely sure if I can record the washroom but I did anyway to show that the trash can was hard to find. It did encourage me to use the hand dryer though! So good job on that.

The food is terrible!! Avoid at all cost. My daughter ordered a steak from the Dine In menu! The steak was so over cooked that she couldn’t barely swallow it.
I ordered lobster tail from the Dine In menu. The lobster was over cooked and cold. It tasted like rubber.
The desert was a disaster, too. Never have I ever been this disappointed at a restaurant.
Overall, the food is horrendous. My daughter and I came to Coast to celebrate, and it was a mistake. We would never ever return to Coast.
( The service is good. Our server was attentive.

If you are looking for a great brunch spot downtown Vancouver, look no further! Not only do they have a great brunch menu, they offer $10 Benny's that are delicious. I had the Battered Fish special and it was excellent. I love that it came with Tater Tots, a childhood treat that makes this brunch something special. I've already been back twice.

Great atmosphere at the bar, and drinks were excellent. Buck-a-shuck oysters lovely, staff friendly, attentive and involved. Signature brussel sprouts delicious (really!). Only downside was the "crispy" calamari - not crispy, and I suspect from a box. But don't have that, and go there for Happy (3) Hour(s) - you'll be glad you did!

The menu is excellent. If you're a fan of seafood, you will not be disappointed. Our table had a mix of sushi, oysters, shellfish, fish and even the steak from their sister restaurant, Black and Blue. All of it did not disappoint, and the robust wine list accompanied the dishes with ease.
I don't rate Coast five stars because it is too crowded. Given the prices you will pay, one would expect more intimacy.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and it should be visited by anyone whom wants a true west coast seafood experience, but maybe only once...
