I just ordered for take-out over the phone and I know it’s busy during lunch time. The staff who took my call put me on hold, which is not a problem, but then she started to take new orders from a couple of customers there while putting me on hold. What’s worse is she came back and continued with my order without a single word of sorry nor thanks for waiting or anything, as if those who order over the phone for take-out don’t deserve the same attention and service. My boyfriend and I are a fan of their food but the customer service could definitely be better.

Always a big fan of this place. Food itself is very good, especially the burritos that have a good balance of toppings and meat; my favorite is the bulgogi burrito. Tako has a very clean and simple atmosphere and the speed is always pretty good. Last time I went it was in the evening so it was slower with mobile orders and whatnot, but it wasn't a deal breaker

Portions are quite small - you will likely need at least four tacos to fill you if you’re hoping for a meal here but oh my goodness the flavours are amazing. I had the shrimp, bbq short rib and spicy pork tacos and they were all so yummy. My husband had the fried chicken which was just okay, kind of bland. Will definitely be back!

Great Mexican/Korean fusion. Portions yes are small but taste is there. The spice pork burrito was great and the Tako taco meat was not warm enough. A must try.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a Korean - Mexican fusion restaurant, but this place was pretty good.
The food tasted great, although it was a bit spicier than I expected. The prices were not bad, but it's not really geared to a sit down meal, as it only has stools and a counter (no tables), which made it challenging for my daughter.
All in all though, it was one of the better places we tried in Vancouver.
